                               RESOLUTION NO. 19500
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH THE STATE OF
                   TENNESSEE, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION,
                   RELATIVE TO MAINTENANCE OF STATE HIGHWAYS,
                   FOR A CONSIDERATION OF TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-
                   FIVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SIX AND 12/100
                   DOLLARS ($275,806.12).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute a Contract with the State of Tennessee, Department of
       Transportation, relative to maintenance of state highways, for a
       consideration of $275,806.12.
